I'd vote for both! :-) Plus...if James was the Governor, you wouldn't get yelled at for opening the garden gate.
If James becomes Governor - I will be able to go visit the mansion!! and you can yell at the guard who was angry that I opened a gate that wasn't locked!! it was a little garden gate - they need more security!
Or Governor Gouger?
